This was a great season for those at the ranch, but not so much for me here at home. I seemed to have reached a brick wall or plateau as they call it. I finished out with only losing 12 pounds, of which, I gained 5 of them back. I think I will be reviewing some things in my schedule for when I start again with the new season with starts on January 3, 2012. I will continue to work out and train for the Copper River Bridge Run.
That is still my ultimate goal in all of this.
