Day 4... Looking at the goal

Most everyone knows, I am a huge "Biggest Loser" fan and my biggest loser goal for this season is to lose another 25 pounds. But several weeks ago I posted on my facebook page that my ultimate goal through all of this is to run the "COOPER RIVER BRIDGE" 10k RUN on March 13, 2012.


So... because of this... I ran today! Only about 5 minutes total of my thirty minute walk/run. But anything is an improvement. I ran in short spurts, staying in motion until my lungs started to burn and I felt short of breath. It felt great, and I shaved 3 minutes off my 30 minute mile.
